Everyone gets in the same way.
ETIOCA was designed around the passenger in a wheelchair, the parent with a buggy, the cyclist and the family off to the airport. Book in the app, and the nearest car is sent to you. Nobody turns down your fare because it's short.

The cabin
Cabin layout · renderingEverything a taxi should always have been.
You shouldn't have to wonder who is driving, whether the car is insured, or whether you'll get home safely. With ETIOCA, you never have to.
You're protected
A solid wall between you and the driver, cameras on every trip, a driver who is breath-tested online and cannot speed. Every car is ours, licensed and insured.
You're looked after
A clean cabin, disinfected after every trip. Coffee, water and snacks on board, Wi-Fi, screens and an AI assistant, and room for the wheelchair, the buggy, the bikes and the skis.
You pay a normal fare
VIP-class safety at an everyday price. No surge games, no refusals for short trips: the nearest car comes, whatever the distance.
Service that never stops
We keep a 20% reserve fleet, well above what the industry usually holds. If a car breaks down or is in an accident, a replacement is already waiting, so your ride, and the city's service, carries on.
Every ride builds a better future.
When you ride with ETIOCA, part of what the car earns supports children every month: at home and in Sierra Leone and Morocco. And your own family comes first: when the Children Initiative opens, the children of registered ETIOCA customers will be the first invited to apply for monthly support, planned to continue until they turn 18.
- For you: a safe, dignified ride every day, and a city with fewer cars and cleaner air.
- For your children: priority to apply for monthly support until 18, and streets that are safer to grow up on.
- For children everywhere: every car supports 21 children, every month.

Good to know.
When can I ride with ETIOCA?
The prototype is on the road today. The first 12,000 production cars are planned for the first half of 2028, in big cities first and then in smaller towns.
How much will it cost?
In London, private hire is priced in line with the familiar app rate card. Elsewhere we use the council taxi tariff, based on boarding, distance and waiting time. You see the price before you go.
Can I travel in a wheelchair?
Yes. Every car has step-free access through a wide sliding door with an automatic ramp, and a dedicated wheelchair place.
Can I hail one in the street?
Outside London, ETIOCA cars work at ranks and can be hailed under the council taxi tariff. In London, you book through the app.
