Who we are
The controller is ETIOCA Holding (Gibraltar) Limited (company no. 120809), Madison Building, Midtown, Queensway, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, acting for the ETIOCA group in the United Kingdom. Contact: welcome@etioca.com.
What we collect
What you enter in our forms: name, contact details, company, town and messages. For driver applications we also collect your licence type, experience and preferred shift. For investor registrations we collect your investment profile, investor-status statement and NDA signature record (date and time, IP address, browser and a fingerprint of the agreement text), plus sign-in and download records in the investor area.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to recruit drivers, to handle advertiser enquiries, and to verify investors, keep records of signed NDAs and protect confidential information. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are consent, steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in running our business, and legal obligations.
Sharing and storage
We never sell your data. It is held by our hosting, database and email providers (Vercel, Upstash and Resend), which may process it outside the UK under appropriate safeguards, and is shared only within the ETIOCA group and with advisers who need it. We keep enquiries and driver applications for up to 24 months, and NDA records for the term of the NDA plus six years.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw consent, by emailing welcome@etioca.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. Signed-in investors receive one strictly necessary, secure session cookie. Videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, and fonts from Google Fonts.
